Having a well-balanced meal that includes protein will keep you from craving a snack before lunch or from eating lunch too early. With a little planning ahead, you can save time each morning and sit down to a pleasant meal by preparing breakfast ahead of time.

For egg dishes, double the number of eggs appropriate for each recipe and add their specialty ingredients and store in your refrigerator for an easy-pour, cook-and-go meal. This also works wonderfully stored in a zipper-seal bag for a camping trip! The same goes for waffle batter and seasonal topping sauce.
